Skidded Mud Systems
Triflo has the experience and the expertise to custom design a total mud system, mobile or
skidded, for any size drilling rig on the market today.
Triflo utilizes a V-Crimped outer wall for extra strength on all mud systems to provide
extra strength to the system. All oilfield mud systems are built to API requirements, AWS
welding specifications and Class 1 Division 1 electrical requirements. All mud tanks and
components are fully tested to insure the highest quality for your money.
Equipment:
- Pump Porch, covered, 8'w x 10'l with diamond plate roof
- Catwalk, collapsible, on both ends of Liner Shale Shaker
- Suction Valves, butterfly type with tee handle fitting below grating removing trip hazards
- Agitators - 10hp, six total, three on each tank
- Pumps, centrifugal, 6x8 with 11" impeller and 100 hp electric motor, four total two on
each tank.
- Solid Separation Equipment - one Triflo model 148L Linear Motion Shaker, one Triflo model
1000 Horizontal Desander and one Triflo model OFS 16-4 Desilter.
