System Flexibility:
Tri-Flo custom designs the system to suit your specific size, volume and fluid
processing requirements. We consult with you to determine types of formation,
pump volumes required, mud types and transporting requirements before
recommending a pit design and equipment package. We have designed the system
to accommodate water based and hybrid oil-based muds for deep hole applications.
System Simplicity:
Tri-Flo's goal is to provide an economical low solids mud system for maximum
penetration rates. Our new mud-processing equipment concept physically
shortens the solids removal cycle, thereby reducing the destructive breakdown
of colloidals.
Tri-Flo has combined the Desander/Desilter into a single unit which accomplishes
both tasks. An efficient combination of high speed shale shakers, sand/silt
separators, fluid separators (mud cleaners) and mud moving accessories are
the nucleus of the system. Degassers and centrifuges are also employed where
applicable.
Worldwide Applications:
From the rigors of the North Slope to the tropical jungles of Africa, this
approach will outperform other methods of mud processing both inland and
offshore.
