And our systems save you time and money. Tri-Flo has developed a Micro Fluid System (MFS) specifically for the trenchless industry. The MFS is skid mounted for easy transport and designed for efficient and effective use of space. Pump drilling fluid in separate the bentonite and water... no need to haul fluid away.	Tri-Flo Trailer Mounted System w/Power Plant Tri-Flo manufactures several size systems. The standard 670 gallon Micro Fluid System consists of a 113 Shaker, a 2-4" Mud Cleaner and three 2x3 pumps with 5 HP motors. The 1200 gallon Micro Fluid System has a 123 Shaker, a 4-4" Mud Cleaner and three 2x3 pumps with 7 1/2 HP motors. Tri-Flo also designs and manufactures a 4000 gallon MFS, 6000 gallon MFS and 10,000 gallon MFS. These units consist of the TFI-126 or TRI-146 Shaker, a TFI 8-4", TFI 10-4" or TFI 16-4" Mud Cleaner and TFI 3x4 or 4x5 pumps with 20 HP or 30 HP motors. All systems include a mud hopper and the larger systems include low pressure mud guns and agitators. Micro Fluid Systems can be skid mount or trailer mounted, with each system designed specifically for the customers needs. No matter what size system is required, processing 20 gpm or 2,000 gpm, Tri-Flo can design and build the right system for you.
Tri-Flo 2500 Gallon Mud System The 2500 gallon Mud System consists of skid mounted tank with pump porch 15' L x 8' W x 4' H. The tank has one division. Tank includes hand rails, grating, mudslides and all necessary plumbing and starters. The system consists of 126 shale shaker w/possum belly, 126/6-4 Mud Cleaner, (3) 3x4 30 Hp electric pump/motors, 4" mud hopper and (2) 2" mud guns.
