PRESSURE CONTROL

Tri-Flo Choke Panels Tri-Flo Choke Panels

DESCRIPTION:
The Tri-Flo skid-mounted choke panel is a durable stainless steel choke control station which is located on the rig floor and provides the means of hydraulically opening and closing the service choke in the manifold. Full panels may be positioned in key areas away from the rig floor to control a gas kick. Auxillary panels are available which mount on the main panel to control a second hydraulic choke.

FEATURES:
  • Large, easy-to-read gauges (drill pipe and stand pipe pressure)
  • Safety feature - hydraulically actuated with soluble oil and water solution
  • Variable speed fingertip control throttle valve
  • Durable stainless steel panel
  • Manual automatic mode on panel
  • Console provides explosion-proofed instrumentation
               Drill pipe
               Stand pipe
               Stroke rate meter and counters
  • Console is mounted on skid for easier handling

Tri-Flo Stroke Counter Tri-Flo Stroke Counter

The Tri-Flo pump stoke counter offers:
Accuracy, safety and simplicity. Because of the internal lithium batteries, no rig power is needed and batteries have a 5-year lifetime. Unit is constructed of stainless steel and is protected against dust, water and corrosion. Displays "total strokes" (0-9999) and "strokes per minute" (6-450 GPM) on large LCD's which are readable in bright sunlight and near total darkness. A "test" switch allows driller to check counter operation and accuracy. Tri-Flo Pressure Sensors for Standpipe

Tri-Flo Pressure Sensors for Standpipe

FEATURES:
10,000 and 15,000 psi sensors available. All stainless steel body using a piston as seal between mud and hydraulic fluid to transmit pressure from sensors to gauge. This system prevents mud invasion into hydraulic lines if a line is ever broken.
