The goal of any solids control program is to efficiently remove the drilled solids from your active mud system. This chart of Tri-Flo equipment is included as a quick reference guide only. Optimum cut points for solids control equipment depend heavily upon the variables encountered.

Tri-Flo High Speed Shale Shakers Tri-Flo manufactures five types of shale shakers all designed to remove 178 micron sized particles or larger. The Tri-Flo 123 is our smallest unit which handles 150 gallons per minute. The Tri-Flo 126 Shaker handles 300 gallons per minute. The Tri-Flo 146 Shaker employes a 2 screen bed and easily handles 520 gallons per minute. The Tri-Flo 246 Dual Tandem is for those jobs requiring large volumes of mud cleaning. The Tri-Flo 246 will clean 1040 gallons per minute effectively. DESCRIPTION: Power requirements for shale shakers. Rugged Construction Built to withstand typical oilfield treatment. All surfaces prepared, primed, and top coat 3-4 mils of glossy epoxy paint. Screens Tri-Flo can supply 2' x 3' and 4' x 3' screens: standard and double layered with 2" plastic perforated backing or 148 linear shaker screens, both standard and with plastic or metal backing.
