Tri-Flo 148-8 Linear Shaker Tri-Flo 148-8 Dual Motor Linear Scalping Shaker   ADVANTAGES: Low Maintenance Motor bearings are lubricated every 2000 hours. Easily field maintainable. FEATURES: Motors 7700 pounds of centrifugal force is generated by these dual 1800 rpm vibratory drives, with 3 adjustments to vary the output force from 4.3 to 8G's. Dual 2.5 hp., Explosion Proof, Continuous Duty, Dual Voltage, 50 / 60 Hz. Shaker Deck Single level, 3 panels add ease and accessibility for screen changes. Length 96 in. / 243 cm. Tri-Flo 148 Linear Shaker The unit consists of a linear motion vibrating screen single deck 4' wide by 8' long complete with screens in three sections, mounted on a single heavy-duty oilfield skid complete with: 10" feed and bypass manifold in possum belly and gates on each side for direct discharge to mud tanks. Oil bath lubrication, tank assembly with mud box, lifting mechanism to change slope from 0 to 5 degree uphill. Neoprene splash seal at feed end around flume. Unit operates at 1750 RPM having 1/8" straight line motion with a manually adjustable 45-degree line of force. Tri-Flo 148 Linear Scalping Shaker The unit consists of a single deck Tri-Flo 148 Linear Shaker with a 4' x 8' deck and a top mounted scalper deck 8' long and 2' wide. The entire assembly is mounted on a single heavy-duty oilfield skid. The standard motor is a 5 HP, 230/460 V, 3 Phase, 60 HZ, 1750 RPM UL/CSA approved explosion-proof motor with manual starter and overload protection.
