Tri-Flo Sand/Silt Separators
DESCRIPTION:
Tri-Flo manufactures a hydrocyclone unit that efficiently removes sand and silt sized
particles down to a 15 micron cut. The hydrocyclone units are complete with
mud trough, manifold, 4" polyurethane hydrocyclones, pressure gauge, and all
necessary connections. Tri-Flo's durable skid mounted sand/silt separators
are matched with a 40 horsepower electric or Lister diesel pumping motor.

FEATURES:
Control Valves
The most unique innovation is a control valve for each hydrocyclone which provides
a fine tuning capability. The performance of each hydrocyclone can be optimized
with this feature.
Cut Off Valves
Cut off valves for each hydrocyclone can be actuated to control excess mud loss or
service indificual cones.
